Quick Update

We are rapidly approaching the date of the c-section which is June 19th. It was moved to Tuesday because of scheduling issues with the hospital. I had a growth ultrasound today and everything is great. The weight of the babies is as follows Jake 5 lbs 9 oz, Quinn 5 lbs 9 oz and Claire 4 lbs 6 oz. This is great news. I praise God and thank Him for His continued faithfulness. I ask for continued prayer for a safe delivery and uncomplicated surgery.

Wow! great news on the babies. I am so proud of you and thankful to God!

Here's something funny that mom emailed to us - perhaps the other blog readers might get a chuckle also...

Here's a laugh, have a good day......

SPAGHETTI......

A wealthy man was having an affair with an Italian woman for several
years.

One night, during one of their rendezvous, she confided in him that she
was pregnant. Not wanting to ruin his reputation or his marriage, he would
pay her a large sum of money if she would go to Italy to secretly have the
child. If she stayed in Italy to raise the child, he would also provide child
support until the child turned 18.

She agreed, but asked how he would know when the baby was born. To keep
it discrete, he told her to simply mail him a post card, and write
Spaghetti" on the back. He would then arrange for child support payments to begin.

One day, about 9 months later, he came home to his confused wife. His
wife
said, "Honey, you received a very strange post card today." "Oh, just
give it to me and I'll explain it," he said. The wife handed him the card and
watched as her husband read the card, turned white and collapsed.

On the card was written: "Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti. Two with
meatballs, one without! Request bread...

We will be saying our special prayers for Jen, the babies, and the doctors for guidance during the C-section and safe delivery of all the babies and for Jen's health. What a blessing for Jeff, Jen, and Hayden-and for ALL of our family. We love you ALL!
Lots of love,

ps-Congratulations on being parents x3! If you ever need more clothes or baby items you can contact me (Cousin Kim) and I'll give you the hook-up because I am working at Gap Kids/ Baby Gap this summer and I know you will need plenty of clothes for those growing babies. =] Other than that, good luck tomorrow and we will be thinking about you all day!

Jeff & Jen,
You have continually been in our thoughts and prayers. Great news on the weights of the babies. We will be praying for God's guidance for the doctors & the nurses, during the c-section. And that Angels will surround both you & the babies, during the procedure and in the days to come.
May God continue to bless you both.
