A Good Rule to Follow

There are really not a lot of rules to follow at an indoor play place.

For the most part, you just have to keep your socks on and be under a certain height to play.

Oh, and you must run around, yell and scream and have a good time.

But I think that they need to add one more rule.

And this rule would state,

Don't rub your forehead on the netting until it produces a raw sore.

Yeah, I am thinking that would be a good rule.

Especially for this boy.

"Mom, I was just rubbing my head on the net. You didn't tell me I would get an owie."

In the end, it is always our fault. You know, being mothers and all. It is probably good that we accept this early on too.

Haha!

Owwww! That is exactly the type of rule I would need to know.

Loving the chocolate milk mustache.

Ouch! I can't believed he kept rubbing his head that long, you think he would have stopped when it started hurting. :)

Silly boy

Isn't it amazing how it is always OUR fault when they do something? Baby Girl got a rug burn one time by rubbing her chin on the carpet over and over. That was my fault too.

Ah, yes. The "Mom, you didn't tell me I would get hurt if I did something that you never thought I'd do." I suspect with three boys I'll hear that kind of thing a lot...

Fascinating. So many rules that you didn't even know you had to make, and so many warnings you didn't know you had to give....

Haha, we went to an indoor play place last weekend... but didn't have an issue like that. Poor boy!

Thanks for stopping by again! I have a couple of other friends who were put on bedrest while pregnant, and they all agreed that a TV in the bedroom is a MUST.

Don't tell me they find more ways to bruise or scratch their head as they get older. I was hoping for a bruise free face some day.
