Every body loves the weekend. One main reason is because Daddy is home. I get more help with the things of daily life and the kids get to spend some quality time with Dad.
Jeff likes to play all kinds of fun things with the kids and sometimes even a cool science experiment is performed but most of all, the kids love it when Daddy plays "big jumps" in the bed room.
"Big jumps" involves tickling, tumbling. throwing and a bunch of other general ruff housing. All the kids, expect Quinn (he is heard whining in the back ground because I am not giving him my undivided attention) adore this game and always come back for more and more and more.
Jeff started this game with Hayden and has never been able to stop. Maybe this is why one of Hayden's first words was "again, again."
Note: What you are about to see may seem a little rough. But no one gets hurt and Jeff is very careful.

OH MY GOSH! I can't believe you let him do this to your kids!!
Just kidding!! My husband rough-houses with my girls like this too and all you hear for hours is a barrage of giggles. They have so much fun doing stuff like this and it's a great bonding experience for them.
Graham has been into the rough housing lately too..Mommy doesn't like it so much...I bought him a blow up punching bag today...
That baby giggle is the best!
looooooooooove baby belly laughs!
That's awesome! I know what you mean - it looks rough, but kids and Dad playing "Rough & Tumble On The Big Bed" is the best fun! The laughs tell the story.
The baby that is playing with Hayden and Jeff is Jake. I agree he has the greatest laugh. He always has. Sometimes when I need a pick me up, I will make him laugh and it always makes me fell better.
My husband is constantly doing this kind of thing and actually I like to join it too. The kids absolutely love it.
My boys LOVE rough housing on the bed...with or without dad. Seriously. They could do it ALL day, and sometimes poor sweet Annie gets caught in it too. lol
Fun video! Loved it!
Have they ever tried jumping from the top bunk on one side of the room to the top bunk on the other side of the room? I wouldn't recommend it! Soccer Boy taught my daughters this "nifty" little trick when we rented a beach house with his family a couple of years ago. Two of them decided to jump at once--the bunk, of course, collapsed like a sandwich. Not a pretty sight! BTW, I'm hosting another Great Pop'rs Giveaway. Come on over to my place and help Aunt Julie plan the rehearsal dinner for Big Bear and Little Red. It'll be lots of fun!
Sounds like you have a crazy life! Thanks for stopping by my site!
I'm a new visitor!! :)
Oh I love it!!! My Dos will say "Daddy, I need roughed up!!!" Oh it's so cute! And those kids will remember this forever!
LOVE THE BABY BELLY GIGGLES!!!!
