The Ideas Are Flowin' and Some Q & A

Thank you all so much for all the encouragement and well wishes. I am feeling much more like myself this morning (NV, you were right, I need to stop being to hard on myself) Amazing what some sleep and a little "play time" with Jeff can do.
Anyway, as I slept different post ideas came to me and I have some in the works that I will be posting soon. But my favorite idea came from Bridget at Equilibrium; a little session of question and answer.
I know that other have done this and I always like it so now it is my turn in the "hot seat". Here is your chance to ask me a question, maybe if you are a lurker or don't comment very often this could be your chance. Come out of the wood work and ask me, anything you want to know(with in reason, of course I know, I know no fun but ask anyway, maybe I will answer).
I am going to start with what Bridget asked me.

What are you afraid of?
The normal mom stuff like loosing my kids, some one taking them, my marriage failing, thunderstorms, snakes, large dogs

What makes you laugh?
My kids, every single day , my husband, blogs, silly stupid jokes

What is your hidden talent?
My hidden talents are not really blog appropriate. This is a family blog after all. ;)

Where is the most exotic place you've been?
Hawaii and our honeymoon was a cruise to the Caribbean and Mexico

What is your favorite meal to eat?
Eggplant Parmesan, Calamari, Scallops, Gnocchi, basically anything Italian if you hadn't already guessed and anything that I did not have to cook.

What is your favorite meal to cook?
I bet that you couldn't guess but it is something Italian. Sometimes I feel that I was born into the wrong heritage. I should have been Italian. It is Rigatoni in Bichamel sauce with Prosciutto. It makes me crave it just thinking about it.

Why do you blog?
To help me member things that happened in our lives, for myself; it is a huge stress relief, to make people smile and to share our story in hopes of helping some one else.

Ok, so that is a start. Bring it on people, I am ready and an open book.

Who is your favorite extended family member on your hubby's side?
He, he, he! You better have picked me :-) Really just kidding - my real questions is -
What are you most self conscious of? I only ask because you don't seem very self conscious at all - I mean you always seem very sure and confident in yourself and your decisions and who you are as a person and I have just always admired that about you :-)
OK - Craig just booked a trip to China for work for 2 weeks in August - I was waiting for him to do that and then see if we could collaborate on a time to get together. Let me talk to mom and see what I can come up with :-)

Well....You've got plenty of questions here already, and all the wine I've been drinking tonight is not letting me come up with another... it's time for bed I think....

Looks like you have some good ones.
I get a kick out of your hospital stories, but not knowing who reads your blog, I don't know if you could tell any of these!
Most embarrassing thing you've done in your line of work?
Grossest?
Most rewarding?
Most surprising? (ie didn't know THAT was part of the job description!)
