My 'Sean Connery Baby'

In my book, Jake is pretty much healed from his surgery. It really only took him one day and then he was pretty much back to his normal self. I guess it is true that kids really do bounce back quickly.

It has been a little over two weeks since the surgery and his speech is already starting to improve. I thought that he talked a lot before but now, holy cow that kid is a chatter box. I think that he talks more than Claire.

I also believe that he is getting easier to understand. It is not just babble anymore but actual words and phrases that spew forth from his little mouth. He still has a long way to go but its progress and I am so pleased.

Here is a video of him talking. The purpose was to try and get him to say 'yesh' a lot so you could hear him as the 'Sean Connery Baby' but as with anything with a 2 year old, it didn't got quite as planned. He was just too interested in that bus. But he does say, 'yesh' about three times, if you listen closely you can hear it.
