What Does a Cow Say?

Located on a road that we pass by often is a very large dairy farm with lots and lots of cows roaming around. This is a favorite place to pass by of the kids. They all love to look for the cows and once one kids sees the cows, a chorus of mooing erupts shortly after.

Well, one particular trip Jeff decided to take things a bit further. I'm not quite sure what got into him but I am thinking that possibly he was trying his out his stand up comedic skills.

"What does a cow say when he wants to get through a crowded room?"
"Mooooooove."

"What does a cow use to buy stuff?"
"Mooooooola"

"What is a cow's favorite cheese?"
"Moooooozzarella"

"What does a cow wear to get through a muddy field?"

Finally, I had to pipe in. "A cow would wear, Moooots", I said. "Mooots. Now can you please stop?"

"Nope, you are wrong," Jeff answered me with a smug grin, "A cow doesn't need to wear anything to get through a muddy field. They have hooves. Mooots, would just be silly."

Yup, that's my husband. That stand up comedian. He'll be here, well indefinitely and my sanity, well I will let you know about that.

I'm with Shannon. I'm thinking I'll switch my beef stew menu for tonight - won't be able to get that smilin' cow out of my memory bank for a while.

Moots? Seriously Jen, that's just ridiculous ;-)

Never a dull moment, right! Would you want it any other way?

An English cow certainly DOES need something to wear when going through a muddy field.

They would wear a mooockintosh.

I am going to have to steal some of those and share them with my kids...hope Jeff doesn't mind!

That is something my husband would say too, except lecture for me another 20 minutes about it, just to prove a point. Then it loses all its humor, know what I mean?

That picture of the cow is really freakin me out.

Sam's favorite joke to tell is 'What do cows do on a friday night?'
They go to the 'MOOOOOOOOOOvies'.
I know you couldn't live another day without hearing that joke.
My work here is done.

LOL
