Brothers

I suddenly noticed that the house was quiet.
My heart began to race because with a house full of kids, quiet is a sign of nothing good.

Hayden's call suddenly broke the silence.

"Mom. Mom. Get your camera. Come and take a picture of me with my brothers."

I walked into the room, camera in hand and smiled at what I saw.

How could I not capture this beautiful moment?
They were playing together so nicely.

These moment can be few and far between some days.
I must enjoy them when they come.

...and it was with a box. You spent hundreds on fancy toys and the thing that brings the most contentment is the packaging, it came in!

and whenever they fight, get this picture out (I suggest blowing it up poster size) and say "remember when you played so nicely? try that now" :)

Totally priceless! And by that I mean the fact that they were playing together without the intent to injure each other. :)

They are so precious! Brothers are so funny. They fight and scream one minute and cuddle the next. Since Grayson has been sick Aidan keeps telling me "give him to me Mommy, I'll hug him. I'll make him feel better."

Just brings a tear to my eye!

Isn't that the truth - my second boy is a baby still, but I can already tell that my boys have that special brother connection! I love it!

Isn't it great when they play nicely AND ask you to take a photo!

Even though my younger one is still just a bub - I can see that connection forming already. :D
