We are the proud parents of triplets and their big brother. We sometimes feel like we're buried with children. These are our stories from under the pile.
I'd almost give my left leg for it to be spring... I am so ready to be done with cold, crappy weather! However, come summer the 90+ temps with all of the humidity here in good ol Arkansas... you can bet your sweet arse I'll be whining about it, sweating and disgusting.... uggg the "smelly Fed-Ex Ground Girl" I can see it now!!
Those have the power to beckon Spring your way! They are so pretty! We actually got snow in the Tucson area last night! A rare event in these parts! (Stupid groundhog messing it up for all of us!)
It's almost like spring today...OH, wait, you're working!!!!!!! So sad. hehehehehe....(that's just my evil laugh for when I am working this summer and you are off and playing with the kids...)
Actually, I can see some of those in my front lawn right now. But, they're brown and long since dead and have only just been revealed since we have an above-zero day here so the snow has melted somewhat.
I hope in a few months they look like those photos!!
It has felt like spring here the past couple of days, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have a feeling it's only a brief relief from the colder temps, though!
And I love the flowers...I don't have any in my yard. :(
Except... tonight at dinner, my girls were saying they hope next year, Phil does not see his shadow so there won't be so much winter. Um, we've had temps above 70 the last four days!
We have hints of it here, and who am I fooling we don't need it like you do where you are, the daffodils are shooting up and the casings of the flowers appearing... For now, go to Micheals and get some fake ones to light up your home. Or you can put them just below your window sills so you can pretend they're growing outside ;)

Oh gosh, and then I will be having fall and wishing winter over and done.
I blame that mangy rodent of yours who claimed he saw his shadow.

I know exactly what you mean! We're having a warm front right now, with a high in the 60's the next two days. What a tease Mother Nature is being!

Yeah, I agree. I'm ready for spring. Not ready for dead-heat of summer though.
Girl, I hear you! I am in MN, and this winter has been so long already! Ugh!

me too, me too! we have had a few unseasonably warm days and i really hope they are here to stay!
I'm def. the minority but I enjoy a good snowfall, probably because here in Oregon we mostly get rain.
Beautiful flowers.
You're not kidding! I'm SO ready for spring!!!
Those are gorgeous. But I'm afraid it will be a while yet :( It was snowing here this morning....

And I didn't get a chance to plant any bulbs last fall :( I need to figure out where to put my garden so I can get some flowers in my empty backyard.

i am counting the days!
Oh me too! I am so ready for my crocuses to bloom! They come first, then the daffodils and tulips! Soon, right?
A friend gave me a beautiful cala lilly on my birthday and it is just gorgeous on the kitchen table! Can't wait for something to bloom outdoors!
I adore tulips!
I hear ya.

You bring yourself and those babies down to FLA...we'll warm you up...75F here today!
You all need to move to warmer parts. :) No tulips, but my roses are blooming.
OH! Me too jen!
I am so with you on this one. We are expecting snow for the next 6 days out of 7.

We had almost springlike weather here today...but the cold is returning soon... blech.
I planted some bulbs just before the snow arrived, I sure hope they pop their heads up soon.
Amen sister!
