Quick, Somebody Catch Them

Apparently, the Goldfish were not interested in being Quinn's snack today.

Or as Hayden put it, "Look Mom, the Goldfish are trying to escape!"

hello SITSA!! you know funny thing our goldfish try to escape yesterday

Why do they always try to escape on the carpet or couch?! Inevitably they get inadvertently stepped on when one it trying to coral them all back into some sort of "holding tank"! :-)

I also have schools of gold fish swimming on my carpet.

I was having a bit of a bad day (with my one toddler) and I read your description - suddenly I feel like I better stop whining. 4 under 4 - you must have so much fun and be sooo busy.

I'm a feeling SITS Welcome Wagon girl so I just wanted to stop by and say HI.

I love this age! I think we could swap pictures of this and we'd never know who's house we were at! But I end up letting the dog in to vacuum them up for me.

Don'tcha just hate when that happens?!

Those cagey goldfish, always looking for a way out.

That is classic. And hilarious. I think I have like two boxes of Cheerios under my couch that are hiding from being consumed...

Hehe I thought we had outgrown that kind of thing but it has started all over again with Ian.

LOL!! Those pesky Goldfish do get into quite a bit of trouble here too. It's a good thing our dog likes to eat up all kinds of fish. :)

Haha! What a great picture! And Hayden's explanation is just perfect!

Oh that is cute.

When my kids were little they always sent them for a swim in their apple juice. YUCK!

He, he. Glad to see some in a photo - have watched US TV and heard references to them, but never seen what they look like. It seems they bear a passing resemblance to tiny gold fish. What d'ya know?

Oh, how many times I've seen that mess of freaking goldfish crackers on my carpet. Half intact, half crumbs being ground in...

At least Hayden has a good sense of humour about it!
