MAN! Aren't bubbles frustrating? They WANT to blow them, they CAN'T blow them, they WON'T let you blow them, and the bubble mix goes all over the ground. Then it rains and you slip over on your bum.

I can't believe that you were so deep in snow so recently, and now look at you with your summery clothes on! Wow. Amazing for a gal who's lived all her life in SE Qld to see!

My girls used to "blow" bubbles the same as Claire. By kinda sticking that wand in their mouths. At least they weren't interested in drinking the stuff :-)

Bubbles are awesome. Maggie loves to blow bubbles and is just now figuring out how to really blow them. I have a feeling this is what we'll be doing this afternoon :)

I think the daycare teacher had the right idea - she stands next to the fan, dips the wand in and she's not out of breath before the kids are all bored of bubbles. But I'm sure it's much more fun to drink the bubbles! :)

Bubbles are fabulous...

But they're a lot more fun in their "bubble" form, not their "solution" form. The babies will learn!

That is so darn cute! I laughed outloud at one of the boys who tried to drink the bubbles!! I give an A to Clare for effort...she was determined, wasn't she? My kids are just entertained by blowing snot bubbles out of their noses.

That is so stinking cute! I cringed when the little guy was about to drink the bubble solution!

My son just got the coolest thing for bubbles. It is a straw with the bubble blower at the bottom. Now he can blow bubbles all by himself really well!

LMAO!!! Hilarious! We usually drink our bubbles too!

Bubble shooters! Now that's the way to go!

Nice work, Claire, with the commitment to making it happen. That girl has determination!

This is absolutely adorable. I've been having fun catching up on some of your older posts.

Claire in pigtails might actually be the most adorable thing on the planet :)

Why do kids love the taste of bubbles?? Even when Graham wouldn't put food in his mouth, he'd never turn down a lick of a bubble wand...

A bunch of cutie patooties they are! You know, getting that bubble-blowing routine down pat is somewhat of a science...especially at this age!

I LOVE the fact that Jake REALLY wanted to drink the bubbles. I made Aaron come all the way across the room (stopped him from doing his studying actually) to come and see! hilarious.

My 5 yr old still struggles with blowing bubbles. Hasn't quite got the hang of it. Although at he doesn't try to drink them. Yum.
