Ladies Man

Me: So Hayden, How do you like school?

Hayden: Fine

Me: Have you made any new friends?

Hayden: Yeah! I have TWO girlfriends

Me: You Do? What are their names?

Hayden: Mom, they are just my girlfriends. I don't have to know their names.

Don't worry, I totally set him straight.

I hope.

Also, if you are interested, I have a new feature over and Multiples and More

Very cute. Maggie has a few boyfriends at daycare, but at least she does give them names (and then tells us they are "yucky."

Hey, I LOVE your recipe for meatballs. The cheese inside is an excellent idea. Next time I make a batch (I usually do a bunch of meatballs and meatloaf at the same time to freeze), I'm definitely doing that!

My oldest son insists he's not going to get married. He's going to live with a dog named Bob and a cat named Fred. I asked him who will cook for him.

"Bob," he said, matter of factly.

I laughed, he laughed, and then he peed on me.

My life.

Oh, precious ... but I'd be alright if he stayed away from my little girl :) Gotta love the logic, though!

Don't worry my 1st grader does the same thing. I ask her about her friends and she tells me all about them and when I ask their names she shrugs and says "I don't know". I guess names aren't important if you are a kid.

I think you have a play-ah on your hands :-)

Katie and Madalyn had boyfriends in preschool and kindergarten...but since then, things have changed. Well...except for Madalyn's lament about no slow songs or kissing at the third grade dance.
