What's That Big Colorful Tube For?

This is a pretty cool tube. How does it work?

Alright, I think I got it.
But I feel a little too small to reach the handles.
Ah, Daddy? Can you help me?

Ok, that's better.
Let's Go!

Tubing is Awesome!

At the lake this past weekend, it was Hayden's first time ever going tubing behind a boat. I was not sure that he would go for it but when asked, he jumped at the chance. I just love that he is willing to try new things. And this new thing turned out to something that he totally loved.

How fun! Reminds me of my childhood, when my dad would take my brothers and step siblings (5 kids all together) camping at different lakes.

Man, that looks so fun. I don't know how you do all you do with triplets.

I used to love water skiing as a kid. However I did NOT like the lake-water-enema when I took an occasionally brutal fall. That part was not fun.

Taht looks aweswome! Maybe Nat should go tubing this summer. Daddy would SO be on board. In fact, Daddy's job includes oversight of many primary and high-school Christian camps, some of which would involve tubing ... surely a quick visit to one of these camps from the Area Manager and his small son would be in order ...?

I don't know how you even watched! My son is a fricking water bug, and I am so nervous about the day when he realizes he can get on the tubes. It just makes me so nervous. I've seen how some people are at the lake and they could careless if you are towing someone under 10 behind your boat. Ugh...I jus twant him to love just sitting in the coves. Is that so wrong?

That looks like a blast! Glad he likes to try new things. Wyn used to be such a scardey cat we have really had to try to encourage her to do new things.
