Fun Times at Miss Connie's Pool

Every year a co-worker of mine throws a family pool party. It is so much fun, bum foot and all. We have been going for since Hayden was 18 months old.
Here are some snap shots of the fun.
Hayden lounging in the pool.

Jake was fascinated by her dog. He would not go near enough to touch the dog, just stood there and watched and watched him.

Pool baby Claire. She loved sitting in this chair, watching all the kids play and jump into the pool

Quinn having a snack on a pool noodle. Lunch is coming but apparently he couldn't wait any more.

The babies enjoying lunch. They were all very proud of themselves sitting at the little (big) table.

So cute! Does it freak you out to have to keep track of three babies at a pool?? With a bum foot to boot! You don't have twelve eyes do you???

Why is it that all children have to taste the pool noodles? My Wild Child still can not help herself at age 5. Looks like everyone had fun. Your foot feeling any better yet? or is it at the it feels worse before it feels better stage? Either way, I'm wishing you a speedy recovery.

Looks like a fun day! Were you able to swim with your bum foot?

I can't imagine having triplets but it sure looks like they had fun. Way to go Mamma !

Your babies are so funny. I love Quinn snacking on the swim noodle. Don't you feed those poor children?! (LOL, I'm kidding!)

How old are your babies? They don't look much older than my kid but I don't think I could get him to sit in a chair & I sure wouldn't trust him to walk around a pool except in the comfort of my arms.

But my son does what Quinn's doing with the noodle. He'll bite something and get this really tense look on his face. Very funny.

That pool party looked like it was a lot of fun. Great pictures too. I love Hayden loungin in the pool. The picture of Jake staring at the doggy is great. My boy at that age wasn't to sure about dogs either. Only my step-dads dog was okay.

At that age, Gabe was jumping in the pool, whether he had on floaties or not. Made me a nervous wreck. Your kids are looking so calm and sweet. Do pictures lie, or are they really that calm?

I know that you all want to know how the babies are at the pool. Thankfully, Hayden is my one and only hyperactive child. When he was the babies age, he would never sit still and would have been in the pool whether he was suppose to or not.Life jacket or not. No fear, I tell you, no fear.
The babies on the other hand are much more cautious. I don't know if it is a personality difference, the fact that they are triplets or the fact that the are 2nd, 3rd, and 4th children. Something has erased the hyperactive gene at least so far.
We will see if it comes into plat as they get older.

Oh and yes Cristin, you have guessed my secret. I have 12 eyes but doesn't every mom?

They are adorable! I thought twins were hard to keep up with at that age, I couldn't imagine having triplets.

So the triplets are only about 2 weeks older than my Moose guy. They just seem more coordinated...haha! But he probably weighs as much as two of them (ok maybe not but he is big).

Oh, it looks like they had fun! Why do the noodles go straight to the mouth? Every time! What is is about styrofoam or whatever they are made of that says "yummy?"
