Did You Hear What I Said?

I asked Hayden to put the box by the back door.
So later, I could take it out to the trash.
This is what I found.
He put it in the trash under the sink.
Typical man, he has selective hearing.
But you gotta love him for trying.

Kids (and men) need simple 3 word commands. Box Back Door. Ugh:-)

Bless him, at least he tried.

Mine would say "ok, mom" or "yes ma'am"... but then 30 minutes later I'd still find the box where it was to begin with.

It looks like he might be trainable? At least he got box and trash right! Keep working on him.

Looks like something Joe would do, and he's 34.

Love it!

My husband wouldn't have done as good a job.

This is what our trash looks like often - SOMEONE (Craig) sticks stuff in the trash which either A) doesn't fit because it will never fit in that trash can B) doesn't fit because the trash is full...or beyond full, or C) combo of both A & B. Then an unsuspecting someone else (me) goes to throw something away and has to fix the trash situation - that' OK, I'll keep him :-)

LOL! At least he tried and helped. More than I can say for some kiddos in my house some times.

Gotta appreciate that the box if not where you directed, is in a trash area. I can't say the same for my kids sometimes. :)

A for effort, right? Unfortunately, that is so something my husband would do!
