Technical Difficulties

We are having some issues over here. No its not with the house, the toilet has recovered from Quinn trying to flush clothes down it. The kids are fine, a few falls, bumps and runny noises but that is just par for the course. This issue is with my (I guess, I should say our but I use it the most so its mine) computer. It stopped working today. My lovely husband, resident IT guy and computer god is working on it and he is sharing his lap top with me so I can get my much needed fix (oh, I am so addicted, its really quite funny).

I don't know what's wrong with it. He tried to explain it to me, something about the hard drive and blah blah blah, may have lost all your files (what? all the recipes that I have found from my favorite recipe blogs and the stories that I have been writing about the kids and all my other stuff, my stuff! Thank goodness all the pictures are safe.) and blah, blah, blah, don't know when it will be working again, blah, blah, blah and no you can't keep my work laptop at home (I really don't know what the issue is here, he has a desktop at work, so is it fair that he have 2 computers at work and I have none at home?).

So I don't know when I will be able to enter the wonderful world of blogging again. I do have to work tomorrow night but I am suppose to be taking care of the patients, not blogging. But here's hoping for a slow night. *wink, wink*

Computer problems are the most frustrating. Good luck getting back on line:-)

I hate computer glitches. I think I'd give up running water before I gave up my high speed internet connection. Okay, maybe running water is a good thing, too....maybe...

ACK! Hope you get your computer fixed soon! I know what you mean about being addicted... if my computer went down, I'd actually have to do something around the house, like laundry [shudder]

When I'm president I'm So giving every household a new computer. We'll just charge... Bill Gates more property taxes.

I'm right there with you ... all the talk of computers... giga-what? mega-who? blah blah blah blah until the cows come home. All I want is a computer that WORKS and doesn't eat my files and photos. I hope it gets fixed soon!!!

I despise technical issues. My lap top died last month. And then our kittens chewed on the cord and shorted out my battery. Now I have to always be plugged in. I keep asking for a new one...but I don't think anyone is listening. Kinda like the way I listened when I heard what was wrong with it in the first place.

Funny, when there are computer issues here and Craig is trying to fix it all I hear is "blah, blah, blah" too! I really don't care WHAT the issue is, just that it get resolved...quickly :-)

So funny, not that your computer died...no that is bad, but the blah blah blah's. My husband is an aerospace engineer. They are the kings of acronyms. I hear a lot of blah, blah, blah. Though I do try really hard to understand what he's saying.
